Terms of service

Fresh Product. Please note that all items are naturally- and sustainably-grown products. We do our best to provide accurate photos of each product at its current stage of development. However, due to seasonality and pollination, some items may have slight color variations from the photos shown. If you are concerned about the exact shade of a particular item, please feel free to reach out directly to the Grateful Gardeners Team at blair.lynn@gratefulgardeners.co. We are not able to issue refunds or store credit for products rejected due to natural color variation. 

Wholesale. Our Online Wholesale Store opens each week on Tuesdays at 10:00 am and remains open until Friday at noon. All purchases made while the store is open will be for pick-up or delivery (for purchases over $250, within 50 miles) on the following Wednesday.  Pick-ups are available at no charge on Wednesdays at 17240 Edwards Ferry Rd Poolesville, MD 20837. There may be a surcharge for large volume orders. If your order will require its own delivery vehicle or multiple vehicles, we will contact you about a Volume Surcharge. 

General Terms. We strive to display our products and services accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.  Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

Intellectual Property.  All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
