Shipping policy

Shipping is available for our Gift Shop, flowers listed under Shipped Flowers and Seeds/Tubers/Plants.  You may choose this option at check out, and shipping will be added.  We ship gift shop products to all 50 states via UPS Ground.  We ship flowers and tubers to the lower 48 states, excluding California via FedEx Overnight. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Our flowers are guaranteed to arrive in good condition.  If the flowers are damaged, we will refund your money. We are not responsible for mishandling of flowers, or flowers being left outside in the weather. **Please note that most flowers need some time to rehydrate.  If there is true damage to your shipment, please take a picture of the damage and send us an email immediately.
