Sarah blends her passion for floral design with her cultural roots in South Asian aesthetics and customs. Much of her work is grand and scaled with intentional meaning through color, spiritual and ceremonial considerations. Her expertise extends to stunning wearables and adornments that are uniquely styled for dramatic affect and inspiration.

 

Sarah Khan is a powerhouse of creativity and intention. She has mastered both large scale stunning floral production and the intricacies of floral wearables and adornment. Her work is a visual feast. She will be on our farm August 8th.

 

Sarah will spend a full day, on August 8th, teaching the fine art of South Asian inspired jewelry. Students will learn the techniques she uses for wearable floral art, as well as the cultural meaning behind some of her most treasured events and weddings. Immerse yourself in the exuberance of this nationally recognized leader in floral artistry!

A light lunch and drinks will be served.

Photography will be taken at all stages of this event and shared with each participant for use in your own business media kits or for your own enjoyment.

In addition, this experience will be taking place on a working flower farm. You will be invited to a tour of Grateful Gardeners’ flower fields, growing and processing production areas, as well as a guided tour through the new and state of the art Aquaponics greenhouse, one of the only floriculture greenhouses of it’s kind in the world.
